Xiao-ling Lin is the PM for the Asia-Pacific Secretariat Office of Culture Mondo Network Project. She has been serving Moker Inc.as Website Executive since January 2010, and she responsible for the development and delivery Moker website. She has also served Association of Green Island Culture & History as Project Manager since September 2005. Study for human behavior is her great interest.
